Our Company has been engaged in diverse social and economic activities including job creation, market enhancement, infrastructure development such as roads, water wells , and supporting health and education development activities in surrounding areas of the plant and quarry site .

Water for All
Safe drinking water to the community around the plant in Holleta.
Supporting Health with Solar Power
The company donated solar power worth of Birr 300,000 to the health center serving the community around Goro area.
Connecting the Community
The construction of 10 km. gravel roads from Quarry & Crusher area to the main road at a cost of Birr 32 million.
Financial support of half a million ETB to the drought affected people in Oromia National Regional State,
The donation of 200 Quintals of PPC cement to rehabilitate the victims of Qoshe landslide victims in Addis Ababa
During the project phase, the company had created a job opportunity for around 650 people on permanent and contractual basis. At its current operational phase, the number of permanent employees has increased to 500.
